Coaching Agreement between Client and Ryan Huff Financial Coaching LLC

Thank you for making Ryan Financial Coaching LLC part of your financial plan! I look forward to working with you. I promise not to shame, judge, or impose my own personal beliefs upon what you should do with your own money. My passion is in helping you live your best life and guiding you to financial peace with proven principles of money management. In order to help guide our relationship, I ask that you review the following information:

BE ALL IN
​
You agree to show up to each appointment prepared, and to spend time each week completing assignments and managing your money. You understand that your financial transformation is completely dependent upon your effort. I will support you through your challenges and help you navigate them, but your own commitment to showing up for yourself is what will ultimately get you life-changing results.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment, use the bookings feature on this website. If you are married, both spouses must participate and commit to all scheduled coaching sessions. If your spouse is not available for an appointment, you will need to reschedule. You understand that scheduling appointments are ultimately your responsibility. You agree to receive emails, phone calls and text (sms) messages to assist in scheduling.

REFUND POLICY
​
I do not offer refunds for coaching services as I am a fee-for-time service.

COACHING SERVICES
​
I assume the responsibility of understanding and evaluating your current goals and resources in order to develop a strategy to meet your objectives. However, in order to make your plan work, I expect you to come prepared to take the steps necessary to succeed; to take full responsibility for your plan and implement it. I expect you to contact me when you have challenges or need help.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

If you need to reschedule you can do so based on the number of times allowed in the package that you purchased. Please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
​
All personal information, and the nature and content of all documents you provide or that we generate as part of the coaching program, will be kept completely confidential.

PAPERWORK
​
You are asked to complete preliminary paperwork to better prepare your coach. I ask that these forms be filled out to the very best of your knowledge and ability prior to your scheduled appointment. You assume all responsibility to provide accurate and clear documentation so that I can be well-informed.

DISCLAIMER
​
Coaching is designed to give you accurate information and guidance with regard to the subject matter covered. I am not authorized to render legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Since your situation is fact dependent, you must seek additional advice of an appropriate licensed, legal, accounting, or investment services.

RESPONSIBILITY
​
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge D. Ryan Huff and Ryan Huff Financial LLC their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by my coach as a result of advice given by Ryan Huff or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
